I have not visited Spice Fusion for a few years. A warm Welcome and seating. Service ordering was quick and pleasant. However, I ordered a Curry which stated it was Mild on the Menu! Unfortunately arrived very spicy and Hot to taste. Regrettably I had to return. It was swiftly replaced. Again, not wanting to raise a concern....I was disappointed it arrived with a different Rice order(Mushroom and not Pilau) and still as strong in Taste of spices. However this time the Waiter was quite Rude. I did not wish to comment further and unable to eat the meal which was a huge shame. I was Told in no uncertain terms ..To state Mild when Ordering. This I replied it stated Mild on the Menu. So My Comment and feedback is good all-round service and food. But be very CLEAR on your Menu Order.

Excellent customer service friendly staff and awesome food will definitely come again.

We love the food and the staff and service are always great but unfortunately each time we have been there has been a party going on so it is difficult to sit and chat due to it being quite loud.

Food couldn’t fault ! Was lovely. Service not so great. We asked for three different bottles of wine all of which they didn’t have, to then be told we all have these ones left as we are getting rid of them so they are discounted. (Basically just the rubbish ones were left) Our starter was taken away before even being finished. Then two people came over and touched the popadom then ask are you finished (but had already touched it) whilst the person serving us had a mouthful of food. So just little things need to come up to the standards of what it used to be before.

We booked for the 2 Dine for £25. The food was absolutely amazing, the staff were helpful and very friendly. This is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant and still it didn’t disappoint. Will definitely be going back

We enjoyed our time at the restaurant. We were welcomed by a man who didn't seem that happy. He took us to our table, came back a few minutes later to ask for our drinks order. One of us asked for a drink on the menu but he didn't know what it was and said he couldnt see the menu. When we received our drinks the same man brought them up to us and then dropped a whole pint of cobra on the floor which wet all our feet. Again no smile still from him. Smoke alarm went off part way through our dining. We were brought our bottle of wine from a lady who asked if we wanted her to pour it , we said it was fine as we still had others drinks on the table. Literally a minute later the unhappy waiter came over, no eye contact, didn't say anything and opened our bottle and poured the wine. When our mains came over, the waiter didnt know what food was what as one was fish and one was chicken. He spooned one dish to see what it was and then gave it to us once he had realised. The food was nice, could have been a bit more flavoursome but we still enjoyed the overall experience. The lady and owner were lovely and the owner came over to chat to us when we were paying.

Very rushed, just had our staters and finished them, then our mains where brought out. Not enough time, between courses. Admittedly there was a very large party, which they also had to accommodate.
