Spice I Am Crawley

There’s no doubt about it – Spice I Am at Grand Parade is as close to the bustle of Bangkok as you’re going to get in Crawley’s town centre. Just off High Street, this rustic, homely little Thai restaurant are dedicated to the tastes, traditions and styles tied up with Bangkok’s famous street-food scene. Part of that is freshness – most dishes are whipped up to order, as they’re done right in front of you over a hot wok in Bangkok. Another part of that is the diversity on offer. Bangkok became famous for its street food because its streets were filled with vendors who had migrated to the capital from all over Thailand, bringing a concentration of flavours, ingredients and dishes that the city otherwise lacked. Spice I Am are aware of this heritage, and their menu features Thai favourites from all overy, be it a spicy northern papaya salad, creamy curry from the southern islands and so, so much more in between, including several signature dishes you may not have come across before.
