Went at lunchtime and the food was extremely tasty with excellent service. I was expecting the sesame prawn toasts to be the 'standard' bought in bulk but was very pleasantly surprised by the delicious freshly made ones. The prawn green curry was mouthwatering, full of flavour and a decent portion size. Will definitely be coming back!
This Thai restuarant is fantastic, food is gorgeous very tasty, hardly have to wait at all until the food is served to your table by very friendly staff. Would recommend it.
The food was amazing. Really tasty and well presented. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon ! :)
Lovely atmosphere, great food and very reasonable prices. The welcome is warm and genuine and the service is equally good. I have no hesitation in recommending Spice I Am for an excellent meal and enjoyable evening
It was our first visit after recommendation from a friend. There were 4 in our party and non of us had been before. We experienced a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. Spacious, bright and clean restaurant with attentive staff. Menu offers a wide choice, Prompt arrival of food but still a good pace, so not rushed. Food excellent and flavoursome.Really great evening. Toilets were modern and clean too !! Highly recommend and we certainly will return. I suggest pre-booking a table, as our visit was on a damp Friday evening ,.......even so,the restaurant was still very busy. Definitely give it a try .
Very nice food and attentive service. The only thing was the rib-eye steak my partner ordered was rather rubbery. I pointed out to her afterwards that the beef in Thai, Chinese and similar places tends to be a bit iffy. Also the lamb I had was slightly indifferent and the coconut rice was a bit sticky. But generally we enjoyed ourselves. My Spice I am signature dish (main course) was excellent. The bill was slightly high but they took the discretionary 10% service charge off as I requested (don't really believe in tips at all) and I gave the waiter a £5 note instead which he seemed to find perfectly acceptable instead of the £8.91 service charge as it would have been.
Great service, however yet again wrong first course for one of us, had to be replaced, by that time the other 2 diners had finished their first course. The main course of King Prawns were raw, had to go back, when replaced was not much better and tasteless, such a shame for such a great venue, been there 5 times, on two occasions we have experienced similar difficulties. Afraid that we will not return, to many Thai Restaurants in Worthing to choose from, I The Siam which is faultless everytime.
Friendly, attentive, quick service, well-cooked food, not too busy (although it was a Tuesday night), nice ambience and sensible prices. 10% discretionary service charge is included on the bill which may irritate some people, but of course it is discretionary so you don't have to pay it if you don't want to. Thanks for a nice evening!
Twice now we've been and the food was delicious. The staff are helpful but when coming to pay our bill you have a 10% service charge with this charge I would expect to get our change from our bill !! Both times we didn't have exact money but never received our change !! The first time we didn't realize until we left as we're chatting and the second time I had to ask for it . This is not good customer service
A stylish and spacious restaurant with excellent Thai cuisine and a helpful friendly staff. Parking is not always instant but the cars already parked on the road are usually short term to use the shops opposite and adjacent . I have visited twice and it has been busy which is always a good sign.
