I have been many times over the last year the food and service was always brilliant. would recommend to anyone and everyone. overall great time

Lovely food and great service. We ate from the Sunday buffet menu there was plenty of choice and the waiters were very helpful. The food was good quality.

Very good food and great service as always. There was a party in the main room when we went but we were still served promptly and felt like they weren't too busy for us at all.

It wasn’t as good as we’re used to. We sat in a cold area of the restaurant on a snowy day. We were a table of 9 celebrating a birthday and the service was patchy and the food wasn’t very warm either. When we complained it did get better. But we don’t think we’d go again.

Great meal, service was fantastic nothing was to much trouble, really tasty food and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will be returning, great choice on the menu.

We had a family celebration table for 9 on a Saturday lunchtime , once again the meal and service was excellent. four of our guests travelled from Birmingham and said that they would come to the Spice lodge again

Absolutely perfect. Excellent customer service, fabulous food choices and a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are really friendly, welcoming,attentive and nothing is too much trouble.

The food was excellent and good value. The only draw back was we were not told the kitchen closed at 2. Pm and we booked the table for 1.30 pm. However the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The food was great and the staff were all very friendly and hard working. Although it was very busy the service was still speedy which was much appreciated.

As always, the food, drink and service was top class. Anyone that likes Asian food should make this the number one stiop in Cheltenham. An experience not to be missed.

Perfect location in an old mansion which had been converted into a restaurant. First class Indian food and first class service. Sunday special is a must.

It was very uninspiring food came out wrong and we won’t be going back. Not the night we wanted for my husbands birthday but it was cheap.

Spice Lodge provides great food and a great choice at reasonable prices. It was very busy and we were there on a Tuesday night, so be sure to book.

We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food which tasted fresh and perfectly spiced. We were greeted very warmly and had excellent service - we'll definitely return on our next visit to Cheltenham.

End of the month. Restaurant very busy. Very slow to bring us our drinks. Food not warm enough when it did arrive. An unusually poor visit from us.

Very good service. Excellent quality of food. Can’t find a fault. Buffet on Sunday is great value for money. Will definitely be back again soon

This was an early Friday evening dinner at a place we have known well for many years. Right now it’s back on top of its game with strong fresh flavours and delightful staff. It’s a comfortable environment too, tablecloths carpets & curtains are increasingly rare these days, but they do help suppress noise and deliver a relaxing experience. Back soon...

very pleasant evening, staff courteous and welcoming. Ate upstairs - where we felt the atomsphere was not so nice as downstairs, but food was very good.

Great food at resonable prices when you consider the quality and the absolutely sublime service. Not my first time at the Spice Lodge and not my last either. I usually take my foreign friends there to experience a great curry.

Fantastic. Lovely restaurant in a beautiful old building. Stylish and atmospheric. Faultless service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Very courteous, friendly and attentive staff who really gave the impression that they cared about the diner's experience. Tasty food, nicely presented with some of the usual favourites such as Rogan Josh and Jalfrezi, but also a menu of speciality dishes. This was my third visit- on this occasion it was a family birthday- and it didn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend it and will visit again. Thank you Spice Lodge.

The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful, they have a lovely wine selection. I will defiantly be going back. Had a fantastic night.

The welcome and service were very good" it is a friendly place to eat, food well cooked and presented. My favourite place for a special meal.

Food and the attentive service was excellent, however the Gentlemen's toilet could do with some attention, not very clean. A sampler menu would be a welcome addition.

We were made most welcome, as usual,by the staff of the restaurant. They made us feel relaxed as we were shown to our table. The waiter was most complimentary about the way we looked and it was good to talk to him more like an old friend. The food was tremendous, really delicious and the service was immaculate - as always.

The service was very attentive. One has the feeling of being made welcome in a private club. Most importantly, the food is excellent. The menu is not vast - which always makes me suspicious - but covers all possible tsdtes..

As normal good Indian food and great hospitality the spice lodge does it well what more can I say 25 words not necessary at all
