Wide choice of dishes well prepared. Staff very attentive and helpful. Always a friendly night out and good food. A regular staple in north Oxford.

Excellent service and excellent food . The restaurant was full so there was a good atmosphere but I thought we would have to wait a while before being served . Our drinks arrived very quickly closely followed by poppadoms . Our main courses arrived within half an hour of us sitting down and they were delicious hot and freshly made . We will be going again soon !

we enjoyed our food, it was all very tasty, the atmosphere was good boarding on hectic. We would of preferred it if we had ,had our broken glass of red wine replaced or refunded, after the waiter had accidentally broken it . Give them their dues, they did replace two of our dishes in case they had glass in them. Overall a very smashing evening!

Excellent food and good service. We enjoyed the fish dishes especially, and the vegetable sambals. We go often and it is consistently good with affable and effective service. Got a bit noisy as night went on...

The food is good and the staff are welcoming. This place does not disappoint. For the North Oxfordshire area the prices are quite reasonable too.

Excellent fresh food and superb service, Mains were particularly tasty especially the lamb shank. The red sauce (not sure what it was) was really tasty.

The food was excellent - tasty and filling without being stodgy or greasy. Service was good too, despite the big Christmas party that was there too, attentive but not smothering, and very friendly. Will definitely be going back!

We arrived at the Spice Lounge to a warm and friendly welcome and then shown to our table. Popadoms arrived and the menu studied, drinks and the meal ordered. The meal arrived after a short wait and it was excellect, as allways. Some people may find this strange but i hate resturants where the staff ask if everything is ok with the meal, this the staff in the Spice Lounge didn't do - another plus point from me. Overall a very enjoyable evening with excellent food and attentive staff. I can throughly recommend the Spice Lounge.

Lovely food, very well presented and a very wide choice. Staff very helpful explaining the meals and gave very good advice. Will definitely visit again.
