I waited 20 mins before they took my order then a further 20 mins for my starter the main course was a beef dish was overcooked and tough I told the waiter he said ok then walked off I will not be going back
Limited menu compared to our previous two visits. Only half of the restaurant in use. No ambience with no music playing. Food was OK but lacked the wow factor which made us return on our previous two occasions.
We arrived 5 minutes early for our booking. We ordered about 10 minutes after arrival though 20 minutes later I pointed out that our drinks were yet to arrive. These arrived though the wine choice was incorrect. 45 minutes after arrival our food order was retaken. We received our food an hour after arrival. The food was good and well presented though after the wait we were a little frustrated. Hopefully just a one off experience. The staff were friendly and apologetic and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We will probably visit again.
Nice food, Covid aware, a bit slow to take our order but then drinks and food arrived in a timely way.
