Perfect venue for great food, staff and atmosphere, highly recommended

The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. My husband has signficant mobility problems and they couldn't have been more thoughtful and considerate. Several staff members helped him with getting him downstairs and up again with his walker. We came after the theatre and really enjoyed our visit - we felt no rush to eat and finish our foood although it was quite late.

I'll be back for secure ! highly recommended to everyone

Was nice but used to be better. Better quality and service. Service was good but very stabdard. Waitress was very anyoed when we reduced the quit high service charge that was added outomatically.

Exemplary service from all staff members, food was well made, sides were all great especially the truffle mashed. Halal menu also available - extremely inclusive.

One of our steaks arrived overdone (ordered medium rare, received medium well) but they quickly replaced it and then comped us another vegetable (so that it was hot while my wife ate the new steak) as well as a desert. Steaks tasted great! We would return.

Delicious food, a little pricey but it was for a special occasion. The ribeye steak tasted fantastic although it was a little chewy in places. The charred broccoli was divine. service was excellent

We normally go to your restaurant at Covent Garden, but this was more conviently for us this time. We waited over an hour for the food and when it came the steaks were practically cold. The sirlione steak was no way near tender and hard to eat. The mash potatoes & the mac & cheese was lovely. The steak fries felt like they’d been rehested a few times…. We’ll go back to Covent Garden next time.

The steak was delectable, and the drinks were equally delightful, very cozy place in Piccadilly Circus.

Staff here are very good and go out of the way to help as we turned up early fir our booking by an hour (don’t ask walked out of the play we were seeing) Food was lovely and I would highly recommend this restaurant

Rump stone was absolutely delicious; it's brought to you seared rare on the side with a hot stone with a variety of butters and sauces. Very similar to Japanese yakiniku except with a 10oz steak. Wonderful

This restaurant was recommended to me and I decided to try it with the family. I got the hot stone to cook my meat on and it didn't disappoint. The service was great and all around the food was excellent.

For a restaurant with "Steak" in the name, the steak was average at best and served luke-warm - not helped by a table right by the front door. The very expensive fries (a separate item to the very expensive steak/other main dishes with zero sides of any kind) were over-salted in places and bland in others. The other main dishes were equally underwhelming. Service was OK, though had the feel of trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible rather than attentive - noone, for example, asked how the meal was. Vastly overpriced and poor quality; a week ago 3 courses in another central London restaurant with significantly more drinks cost less than 1 course and a single beverage at Steak and Co. Will not be touching the place again with a 10-foot barge pole.

It was our 5th year anniversary, and my partner brought me to this fantastic establishment. I have never tried pecan pie, and it was wonderful. I will definitely come back and try the rest of the menu.

The visit was okay, the good was presented nicely, very busy for a Saturday night. The waiting time for the food was a bit longer than expected . Overall a decent night

Staff were lovely and looked after us well. We were celebrating our sisters 40th birthday. The little touch of the choc dessert at the end for her was lovely. A little pricey as all the sides were extra cost. The fillet steak was fabulous. It was quite noisy tho so we struggled to have a decent conversation.

Was greeted kindly by servers and waitresses however after being sat we were overwhelmed by both the smoke and scent of the steak being cooked at a table three tables down. The entire restaurant looked like a shisha bar and the smells were so overwhelming and we feared they would stick to our clothes so we left.

Second time here and another rea good meal service food was excellent again can’t really understand some of the poor reviews .
