Steak & Lobster - Heathrow

Food was excellent. So was the waitress. Really enjoyed our visit.

The food and service was good. But Tables were too close to each other. A person next to our table started coughing whilst we were having our meal which made the experience somewhat less enjoyable, given the circumstances. These were plenty of tables not used -hence wonder why not leverage them?

From Start to finish the whole experience was amazing. From the first conversation when I booked the table was very professional and polite. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles and friendly faces. The food was 10/10, the table service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. We would definitely return.

My anniversary and i have never had lobster beforr. It was amazing, the service was good also..

This was a lovely restraunt . Service was exceptional. Lobster cooked to perfection. Love the idea of free chips and salad after the initial serving. Well worth the money. Planning next visit.

Had a nice time, Staff polite and helpful, Been here a few time, quick meal away from home for an xmas treat. Background music needs to be updated thou.

Food is good. But staff service is so so. They need to be more active to provide service (e.g., giving water). They should have more smile too.

Asked for chargrilled 2lb lobster and got a 1lb steamed lobster. The waitress was eager to take the order before even bringing out the cocktail menu. So not pleased overall, considering the amount on the bill.

We had the steak, it was very good. The sides included salad and chips which was very tasty as well. The seating is very comfy and the atmosphere is relaxing. They serve a variety of drinks. The customer service was very accommodating and the parking is free, however, you need to inform the reception that you have eaten at the restaurant.

Excellent. Great service. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Food was beautiful. The steak was perfect and the lobster was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back again.

They did not have my booking when i got there so gave us the last seats by the door, but the food was nice the rest just ruined it.

Had my lobster meal which was delicious with limitless fries & salad. Very busy place due to the work Christmas parties & as it is part of a huge Heathrow hotel. The loos are inconveniently upstairs. Waited long time for dessert menu but in the end just got the bill.

Despite being inside the Radison blue hotel this restraint was really nice not the usual sterile hotel style. The steak was really tasty, I had the ribeye which was a seal I would normally choose but this was an excel at cut and would recommend you try it.
