Had an amazing time at this restaurant. Sushi was so tasty! Way better than sushi samba. Has an amazing time for my friends birthday, we were not rushed and everything ran smoothly. Great service. Will come again for sure

Didn’t get our food for over an hour (not even one of the snacks we had ordered). We were then told this was because of a kitchen fault but everyone around us were getting their food. Manager proceeded to blame the staff instead of taking responsibility. Multiple communication errors in terms of what would come off the bill - there’s a big difference between saying you will “take care of the bill” and then only taking off 30 pounds and the service charge. Of course we shouldn’t pay service. Manager then laughed at us when we were querying it all. Not a pleasant experience.

The table was sticky when it was supposed to be cleaned, we were waiting almost an hour for our food and only when we complained they realized they forgot our order while we had a 3 years old with us and nothing to eat for an hour and because of this they apologized and our drinks was on them. I wouldn’t go back and definitely not with kids/family!

What a fabulous dining experience! Celebrated a birthday and we had the best time! The atmosphere is happy and uplifting, the staff is so friendly and professional and always available. The food is unique, fresh and fabulous quality. Will definitely come again

Good food (especially the sashimi), nice atmosphere and lovely cocktails. They twice tried to give us items for another table but that was easily sorted! Dishes came out very quickly

My young friend passed her GCSE’s with flying colours so I treated her to a lunch. The food was tasty and delicious and we really enjoyed it!

I have been a fan of the Sticks n Sushi chain for quite a few years now, until recently my favourite was the one at White City/Westfield, the Battersea branch is my new favourite as it is walking distance from my home. The food is exceptional, the flavours are incredible and give great satisfaction.
