Reliable place. Generally good food. Handy location for our stay.

Had nice food, but sadly the lighting was very bad and Menus hard to read because of this and the colour of print was bad. Lovely Staff, so no complaints really. Atmosphere could be better, but think the lighting would help.

Food was excellent, service was excellent. Only small criticism is about the lack of heat but otherwise really enjoyable and something for everyone. We’ll be back.

Everything was excellent. Best ever eating out experience in Dundee. Attention to detail was great and our visitors were also amazed by the great quality. Thank you. We will definitely be back x

We were the only people there. Surprised by that as the food was excellent. We had a sharing platter, mixed grill and calzone. Far too much but very good value for money.

The food and service we received was great can’t fault it at all.the place is lovely inside.they have a play area for kids which I didn’t realise so that’s good for parents.

As on other occasions we were met and dealt with by friendly staff. The food was superb - all 3 courses and was keenly priced. We will keep on going back.

Restaurant food and service from staff was excellent however we did not have a table booked for us even though we booked more than 1 month before. I called the night before to ensure everything ok for our meal and no table was booked. Luckily the restaurant fitted us in but we had to go a little earlier. We loved the food and the fantastic staff at the restaurant and will certainly be back x

Very nice staff. Orders were carried out professionally and courteous. Meals are good value for money and are very tasty.Lovely laid back atmosphere and kid friendly. Definitely going back

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time & even got out the bouncy castle so our small children were happy. Food was delicious & very good value for money. Only thing stopping me giving full marks was the wait, over an hour for the main course but that was reflected in our bill and we were given 15% off. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Fantastic value for money. Excellent food with attentive waiting staff. I would highly recommend. A little gem hidden just outside of Dundee. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic as always. excellent curries and very yummy puddings. My son had pizza and really enjoyed that too. Will definitely be back. Hopefully the weather will be better nect time.

we had fish & chips, steak pie & a child's pizza chips & beans. the fish was lovely , had to have veg as they no longer do mushy peas. Veg wasn't the warmest compared to fish & chips. steak pie was an ashet of meat & gravy with pastry put on top, was tasty but again veg was luke warm. kids pizza was amazing, a huge home made one, with a huge portion of chips and beans for £4.50. staff were lovely & attentive, gave my granddaughter crayons & a colouring book to keep her amused. will definitely return

The restaurant is lovely, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The menus are great with loads of choice. It was a bit cold but to be fair we were the first to arrive and the place had been closed for 2 days. Would definitely recommend

Service was good. They had plenty of staff on for a Saturday night Food was nice. Generous portions, very relaxed atmosphere and really reasonably priced

Nice surroundings, really pleasant and unintrusive staff, and BEAUTIFUL food. Thank you for a lovely experience. Hope to make it a regular favourite. Will be back soon!

Friendly staff who made us aware of the Thursday deals and looked after us extremely well. Food was excellent, our party of 3 had 1 x 2 courses and 2 x 3 courses.

Lovely restaurant, staff are very helpful & welcoming. On both occasions we have been the food has been fantastic, can't wait to go back again.

staff great and food very tasty busy when we went in but soon after everyone left and we were sitting in the conservatory alone it became very cold and we had to leave early

1st time at restaurant food was great , staff was exceptional every girl was helpful polite and friendly , would def recommend and would return

Very tasty food but it took an hour for it to be served. Another table arrived and ordered after us but were still served their starters and main meals before we were served our one course. We.had planned on having deserts but after waiting 20 mins after eating & not being spoken to by staff we decided to leave. Just under 2 hours for one course is a bit long with 2 impatient kids. Food was lovely and staff were friendly but either shirt staffed or just teething problems with new opening. Will go back but probably not with restless kids!

Great experience excellent food the live music was superb will be back very soon. Great to have a place like this so local. The staff are fantastic

Food is fantastic but service is slow. Not the fault of the waitress as she was on her own and was very apologetic and was doing her very best.

Staff friendly and helpful. Food was good and freshly made. Had mains from curry section of the menu and could NOT manage a pudding (unusual). Think the owners are missing a trick by not leaflet dropping in village and surrounding area.
