Good excellent and a brilliant atmosphere enjoyed my birthday meal very much ..would recommend this for any occasion...everything was great and the restaurant was clean....will go again
Excellent high quality food cooked fresh in an open plan kitchen. A most worthwhile first visit to this new restaurant and will be going back!
Lovely people. Clean and modern and the food was beautiful. I would recommend to anyone and will return again. We have booked to go again in August.
Nice simple restaurant. Very good menu, all 4 dishes (2 starters / 2 mains) were good. Relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend and would go back. Meal deal they have every night is excellent value as well, 36 quid for 2 courses and bottle of wine.
this is our second time and both meals were excellent the menu is varied and appetising and we both enjoyed the starters and the main course . Would recommend this restaurant to our friends.
Surf and Turf was great......Best black pudding I have ever had in any restaurant. Would have liked one more prawn on top of the fab steak.
Tried this place for the first time last night and we were not disappointed. We Enjoyed all 3 courses, which were well presented and very tasty. The steak was cooked to perfection
Me and my partner really enjoyed the starters, it was so good that when the mains came it was disappointing. My steak was chewy and had alot of gristle which I would of trimmed off if making at home. Ordered pepper corn sauce and mushroom sauce for our steaks the mushroom one was lovely, pepper corn was not not and did not have enough peppercorns in it. my chips tasted re-cooked but my partner said hers were fine. over all if we go again we said we will just have a couple of starters each an leave the mains we had alone. We paid £44 for food and drinks due to using Groupon, we have had better experiences at that cost and not using Groupon at other establishments, I feel if we had paid full price for our visit it would have got a lower score.
We have been to this fantastic little restaurant a few times now and have never been disappointed. Really good food , great service and a relaxed atmosphere.
