Food at the Taj Mahal is always so nice and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is accessible for me as a wheelchair user.

Good points - parking, good staff, quick service. We have mixed experience about the food though - some dishes are better than others and there are couple which I would never even think of ordering again, if I happen to visit them again.

Food was excellent and the service was lovely! We had a single waiter serving us the entire time, so we got quite chatty with them after a while! We had the buffet and there was great variety of foods, almost too much variety we had difficulty choosing what to eat! Had an excellent dinner here, recommend to all lovers of Indian/Nepalese food.

Food was delicious and the venue has fun decor. Service was friendly although not as on the ball as normal probably as it was much busier than they expected. I would definitely go again though. Delish.

Restaurant lovely and clean, waiters pleasant. We had a Family table for 5, food lovely. Only let down was the service is slow. Sat for an hour before our food was served to us.

Really great food, attentive service - good value for money. Only negative was restaurant was a little cold when sat away from the radiators and infront of the big windows (visited in January!) table next to us also complained it was little chilly - it wouldn’t put me off, I’d just take a jacket..

It used to be so nice here! There must have been a change of management or something as the food is completely different to how it used to be. It really wasn't very nice at all and this was the second time in a row I'd experienced horrible food here

Regular visitor to Taj Mahal, unfortunately the last couple of visits haven’t been the best experience. Long wait for drinks, even longer wait for food. The food is exceptional but the service is bringing the overall experience down. It will be a real shame if the service drags this restaurant down to a level where I no longer enjoy dining here.

This was one of the best tasting Indian meals that we have ever had. Will certainly return if we are in the area. Many thanks.

The food was lovely but the service was not good. The young members of staff tried hard but they were short staffed. Need to sort this out as people will stop going there. Which would be a shame as the food is top quality.

The food was good apart from the lamb being quite tough (had the lamb bhuna) but the beer was off, was up all night with diarrhea. Told the waitress at the time that the beer tasted funny and she took the cost off of the bill.

Very friendly welcome; minor table problem resolved. Great food - too much but hardly a complaint! Distinct flavours which is very pleasing and not always true. Extensive menu as ever but delivered exactly as described and hot and well timed given we were six to table. And there were three more large tables. Excellent service and couple of recommendation by very young waiter were spot on. Good description on the menu as well. Decor a bit cranky but fun. Overall excellent quality and very good value. We shall visit again.

Very good food and service, portion sizes were nice and large. Food was enjoyably spicy. Prices were very reasonable, as was waiting time. Only drawback was the decor, which was a little off-putting.

They serve, lovely food, could not complain about that. But we seemed to be the table that was forgotten. Constantly reminding not had drinks, through out the evening. Main course, meals arrived no rice, then a curry missing. We had to ask again, then wait again. They apologised at the end of the evening and took a beer and lemonade off. Apart from the service, the food is lovely. Place spotless.

Comfortable restaurant with a large selection of good food which is well prepared. Very enjoyable meal and the service is excellent. It was a quiet midweek evening so there wasn't that much of an atmosphere although the traditional music was entertaining but not intrusive. Parking is a bit limited at the restaurant, so it might be worth checking beforehand where is best to park if the car park is full.
