Although the restaurant was very quiet as to the early time we were there, the staff were attentive and the food very fresh and tailoring the menu to our taste was no problem. Would definitely be going back there again. Prices were very reasonable and portion size very good. Fabulous home made chips :)

Fist time going to Taste and will definitely be going back. Excellent service and food was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend people pay a visit.

Very nice welcome, very relaxed no rushing to place an order. Food was amazing, this was my third visit, and standards and quality of food have been excellent every time

Always enjoyed our food there untill 14th Feb went for the valentines meal very disappointed 1st the coke from the pump was off so changed that then my wife tryed lemonade that was the same didn't want to make a fuss again so she drank it . Ask for a medium rare steak it come out out more that we'll done tryed to eat ended up leaving it wife asked for mash ended u with boild potatoes which was mashed up . Had a singer there was too loud couldn't hear each other speak plus one of his speakers was broke so a crackling on top of his voice . Shambles shame because always enjoyed going there in the past

Quiet restraunt. But good food and entertainment (magician) Good portion sizes and good range of wine available for a reasonable budget. Not sure why a restraunt so close to the station and town doesnt have more custom.

Really nice food. Great for kids to. With a nice lolly offered at the end floor to them to. We had the steak and was cooked perfectly

Service was a bit a slow but it was very busy as it was Christmas Eve so we had no complaints. Food was very good. We were a party of 8 and everyone’s food arrived at the same time which was good. Will definitely return

Although there was a mix-up and we were told we didn't have to preorder our food, it was handled well and our party enjoyed the atmosphere and food.

The staff were very attentive and efficient, however running out of wine is hard to understand when there were only 6 people in the restaurant. Also cleaning with spray polish whilst customers were eating meant the smell permeated the entire restaurant. The food was mediocre at best and therefore I am not sure if we will be going here again.

Helpful staff, lovely homely decor, reasonable priced tasty food with. Any choices on the menu. Also offer at the. bar tapas.Near train station and soon to be opened bus station.

Pleasant surroundings. The food was quite good. The serving staff were pleasant but were inexperienced. They forgot to bring some items. Overall a pleasant evening.

First time here for Sunday lunch... all was delicious buy could have been a little hotter. Waiting staff were lovely but I asked the guy behind the bar what time afternoon tea was served and he didn't know so perhaps some staff training on all restaurant offerings and timings needed. Food was delicious though and will defenatley come back.

Booked a table for Saturday 6pm, place was fairly busy. Food was very nice, the table had a mixture of dishes and everyone was satisfied with the quality. Service was good, despite it being busy. Would recommend giving it a try.

this was my second visit,this time a party of four.excellent food quality ,good atmosphere and friendly staff, very enjoyable night although we did have to ask for the desert menu.when that came desert was also very good. Will definitely give it another go

Food was lovley, chicken was massive We had a free bottle of wine, so can't complain there! Nice looking place would go again soon :)

This is my second visit, I've been once for dinner with my partner (one evening in the week) and I returned last weekend for Sunday lunch. Both times the staff have been wonderful and very attentive. The food is lovely, freshly cooked and great value. The restaurant has lovely decor and a nice atmosphere and I highly recommend it.

A lovely meal and lovely staff as well, Very highly rated. Pleasant atmosphere and service was efficient and quick. Would definitely come again and tell others to go as well.

A jewell in the crown of Port Talbot's eateries and a very lucky find. Gorgeous food, delightful staff and a very relaxed, enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend.

We had a lovely evening at Taste. The food was fantastic and service was wonderful. Our food came out promptly with no complaints at all. Starters and main course were both delicious and beautifully presented. Unfortunately when we visited the restaurant was extremely quiet so felt a bit awkward, as it was just us and another couple. But we will definitely be going back.
