Lovely place. Very friendly staff. Great service. Varied menu and good price structure. Only downside was not much atmosphere as it was extremely quiet and it is a big restaurant. Such a shame and just hope things pick up for the owners in the future.

First time visiting this restuarant.Based on reviews, booked a table for a family group of 4,No pretentious food snobs amongst us,we were just looking forward, at last, to a decent Italian meal in Greenock, instead of having to head out of the town to do so. Service was good. However, food did not match this.My rabbit dish was dry and overcooked,it was served with roast potatoes and salad, which did not marry up with the meat.My wife"s cod dish was awash with sauce,I'm sure the fish could have swam in it, if it hadn't tasted so tired, again,no seasonal veg. but a soggy salad with mashed and roast potatoes. ..lazy presentation. Son's pizza was flabby and tasteless. 2 of us had tiramisu, which was obviously catering quality, both were soggy and really tasteless Bill for 4,with drinks, came to £150,which,if the food had been up to scratch would have been fine, but the cooking and presentation wasn't. ...so,will not be rushing back anytime soon.Shame.

Service on the slow side but overall fine, quality of food okay - but overall the place requires the décor to look or give the feeling of an Italian / rest. An enjoyable evening staff first c

Very friendly and attentive staff, food was excellent the restaurant had a quiet atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon but was picking up when we were leaving. We had a round of drinks and a 3 course meal from the AlaCart menu with a nice bottle of red wine, the bill was a reasonable £81 for 3 people looking forward to going back soon.Thank you to Andros for being our waiter.

The staff were amazing. The starters were nice if under seasoned. My only real problem was the pizza was soooooo disappointing. The base of it was great but the tomato sauce was tasteless and there was far far too much cheese on it. I will be back, just not for pizza unfortunately.

The service was welcoming, friendly and polite; discretely attentive. The restaurant was clean and well laid out. The food was very good, and was value for money. Nice touch - the complimentary limoncello!
