Good Thai food with kind services. Nice interiors with tastes of Asia. Tom yum goong is little milder than real food in Thailand, but very tasty.

Very good food and very attentive service! Particularly enjoyed the Thai Dumplings and the House Special Fried Rice which comes in a clay pot!

Food is valuable. Environment & atmosphere is good. However, Pah Thai is too sweet & portion too little. Chicken satay is tough. Curry is runny & tasteless.

Lovely food, good smiley service, the set lunch menu was very good value for money. Would defiantly recommend to family and friends. I will be returning

As a party of 5 we all agreed that the food was great. Nice atmosphere and attentive staff however unfortunately one of our main dishes had been forgotten. Once asked for it did arrive promptly and was very good.

The food is absolutely delicious, great flavours and good portion sizes; I love the Jungle Curry! Staff are always very chatty and friendly, fast service; highly recommended!

The Thai food served here is top quality and I cannot fault the service. The restaurant itself looks fairly unspectacular from the outside. I dined at 7pm on a Wednesday evening, which I recognise may be not the most popular time to eat out, but I was quite surprised that there was only one other table occupied. I felt there was a lack of atmosphere and warmth. Slightly underwhelming. As I say, I cant fault the food though, and that was why we went there. Id probably go again but maybe either choose a weekend or a later time to eat.

We were seated in a side room where sadly we weren't too visible to waiting staff, so there was a long wait for service, for which they apologized, Food great. Staff charming & friendly. Decor very attractive

First class in every way, ambiance, quality, service and more than value for money, would certainly go again when we visit the area and would recommend it to everybody.

The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We didn't once feel rushed to leave our table at any particular time. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

What a gem! We had absolutely Delicious food, coupled with wonderful friendly service! Good value at £68 for two people including starters soups mains and beers. We'll definitely be back.

Taste good. But different from what I ate in Chiang Mai. 2 course with rice cost around 20 pounds. Can do both spicy and non spicy.

A really lovely meal and great service. Would definitely go back again. The curries were soft and sweet and the meat succulent. Definitely put this place on your list for a good curry.

Friendly staff, pleasant venue with fresh hot food which whilst it didn't disappoint, it wasn't the most exciting Thai taste experience. Represented decent value for money.

Excellent food. Intermittent service, started well and then disappeared. Main course plates collected and that was it. Had to chase the bill, no dessert offered, and then changed plan to pay by card to cash as nobody came to collect although waited 15 minutes.

A good selection of dishes even for vegetarians. The food was well presented and tasted exceedingly good! Service always came with a smile. Highly recommended and will definitely go there again.

Friendly staff and fantastic food, the gold menu is highly recommended. It was very busy (Cheltenham week) but it didn't effect the quality of food or service.

The staff were very friendly and considerate. The food was delicious and there is So much choice even as a vegetarian which was great to see. Lovely place for an evening meal.

Great value restaurant with cheerful, helpful staff. I realise dish choice is a personal taste thing but our party of four all thought the following dishes excellent: Larb Pla (sea bass), Phad Thai (with prawns) and Phed Kee Moa (duck). Note parking outside restaurant is "pay and display" until 8.00pm (£1.60 for 1 hour).

Another great evening at Thai Family, food was beautifully presented, and service was excellent. Excellent value for money. Would recommend river prawns and steak in whiskey, but to be fair had most dishes as visit this restaurant regularly and they have been good.

The menu has a great selection of dishes and are wonderfully presented with the vegetable petals and flowers on many serving plates. I would certainly recommend this restaurant for it's ambience and attentive staff.

Good food and very pleasant staff - worth a visit. Nothing was too much trouble and they were not over attentive which sometimes makes you feel uncomfortable

Have been here three times now and every time the food has been absolutely delicious and served with a smile by lovely staff. Never very busy though, probably because it is located a little off the main high street.
