Food was mediocre, service was poor. I felt our dining experience was rushed. The waiters made us feel uncomfortable by the way they were talking in their own language whilst at the same time staring at my friends and I. Wasn't the experience we'd hope for.

Good Thai food. Can recommend. May not customise any food item. Overall it's good and can recommend to most people especially those working in nearby areas

Very friendly staff, food was also great - especially the Curry. We also got a very good deal with a discount. Prices are definitely ok for London. Three things we didn't like: 1. The music (to loud and non-traditional) 2. The noise (makes it difficult to have a conversation) 3. The interior (not very comfortable or "stylish") I would recommend it for young people, groups of friends - not for dates or families.

Helpful staff, good but but slightly spoils by a long wait for the bill. It was busy but after several requests for the bill it only arrived when our group of 7 stood up to leave!!

Terrible food. I actually couldn't eat the Pad Thai, it was so gelantinous, over sweet & bland. The ingredients seemed very poor quality - iceberg lettuce etc - even the jasmine tea was flavourless. The starter platter was over fried & greasy & nearly every item tasted the same. We were served by 5 different members of staff none of whom asked if we were happy with the food. We ordered at 7.05pm & were still waiting for mains at 7.50pm. We had to ask several times for the bill & had to run to get to our film. The table ware & decor were above average but it was very noisy. Extremely disapointing especially given 2 mains & 2 starters & tea cost 53 pounds...

Best Thai food in London. Beautiful restaurant and great service.the food was served promptly and at the same time. Also Thai Thai is part of the Taste card deal so very affordable too :-)

Great tasting food and good service. OThe manager was really friendly and professional. Red curry and green curry were both really good with just enough spice.

Le restaurant est bien décoré, on y mange bien. Le personnel est juste accueillant sans plus. J'ai été un peu déçue puisqu'ayant pris le London Pass, ce dernier l'inclus dans la liste de restaurants dans lequel on peut avoir une réduction par rapport au Pass : info ou intox? Je n'en ai pas bénéficié en tout cas....

Really nice! We a great time. Didn't wait too long for food, attentive waiters. The cocktails were really good too. Definitely recommend this place. Also very clean

Food was great and the service was very good. With tge special offer tge food was well worth it. My son enjoyed Gisele birthday great.

Food was lovely and great portion sizes. Our starter was served quickly however service of main course was a little slow. Overall good value for money when using a tastecard, without this it would have been overpriced.

Food was simply mouth watering! Pricey, but a tastecard makes it affordable. That was our second time in this place and definitely not the last one.

Service was good, the table was clean and the plates were hot. However, the starters we ordered, soft shell crab and calamari, were not Thai taste and soggy. The main courses were average and quite pricey compared to other Thai restaurants in the centre of london.

Always great food and service. Mixed starter expescially. Suppose to be for two, but can easily eat it all by myself. Will be back for sure.

Brilliant value for money, food tastes like it should - you could be in downtown Phuket - just enough chilli so that you know it's there. Very pleasant staff. Veggie food went down very well and the prawns are enormous.

Excellent location opposite St. Luke's performance space and not far from Barbican. Friendly staff, good service, delicious food in pleasant surroundings. Would recommend a visit.

Its alwaya Such nice food and Always great service. Beware of the super loud atmosphere though, so if you're coming for a chatty dinner, not the best place.

Food was excellent, one of the best thai places around locally, just needs a better dessert menu and to come and take the plates after finishing a bit quicker.

It is a fantastic restaurant. The food has been amazing each time I've been. All the dishes that come out look fabulous. Found the cocktail menu this time, which was an extra treat. We had the fishcakes, Red duck Curry, Pad Thai with prawns and coconut rice. Every dish is cooked so well. The red duck curry is the best taste of any thai restaurtant I've been to. I cannot recommend it enough! I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

The food is exceptional. I enjoy this restaurant each time i visit. The deep fried tilapia and coconut rice are my favourite . Keep up the good work Thai Thai East!

The quality of food has significantly declined since 2014-when I was frequenting the place almost every week. Ordered tom kha soup, which was really disappointing. Pad Thai was more or less ok, but not great. Shrimp tempura was nice.

Hair in the food, cold satay, no discount was given at the end. We came here 2 years ago and everything was awesome. Now, it was aweful and we will never ever come here (couple from Switzerland).

They Didn't honour the deal. It was pretty Good food but was extremely Rushed service. So tried to remove items before finished. Was seated in front of door too.

The food was very delicious and the service was very quick! We also had %40 discount! We went there at lunch time and it wasn't crowded and we had a very good table.

We had a meal for four using a 40% off starter and main offer, so very good value. The food was excellent and the atmosphere relaxed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Thai food.

The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived. So ideal for a catch up and chat before ordering. But sadly the staff were constantly asking us whether we were ready to order (at least every minute). That was disappointing. But food was good and towards the end of the night the service was good too.

Great service and enjoyed the food! Easy to find and had no problems once seated from service to the bill! The interior is also quite nicely decorated.

Great food, quite meaty. Big portions & good quality. Waiters seemed quite stressed cos it was so busy. Not a place for a cosy, quiet dinner with personal attention. Really noisy cos of large parties. That was a Saturday evening though.

Thai Thai is not the cheapest Thai restaurant, but the food is great and the atmosphere and is festive. Worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood!

Service is not good at all, and the food is not value for that price it charges. The rice is not even come with the curry sauce, which charges me 3.8 for rice. Thought price for one of the starters for two, actually, it's price for each person. Definatelly NOT RECOMMENDED

Service wasn't very good, we had to move tables because they sat us near the door where the cold air was coming in, food was ok, expected more, ambiance was great

The food was good but the service totally lost as to cater the needs a big group (14 people). The nice thing though is they allowed us to bring an outside cake for the birthday we were celebrating. Well, the mishaps of the service contributed to make our evening eventful and fun but clearly the level of the waiters can be improved!

The food was delicious. I've just returned from Thailand and I thought the food was very authentic. The service could have been a bit quicker, but it was fine. We had the a taste card, so got 50% off the food - however I still thought it was a bit on the expensive side.
