A visit to The Artizan is the perfect end to a week, when you feel like a quality drink, made by someone who really knows what they’re doing. The team behind The Artizan created this rustic space by hand, leaving the space stripped back to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. This attitude has carried over into their menu, with the drinks made with care, by hand and with ultimate attention-to-detail. No matter if you prefer fresh and zesty tipple, like their daiquiri made with havana 8, lemon and kiwi, or something a little more unusual, like the aniscumulus, with tanqueray gin, rhubarb, pear, vanilla and star anise, hand-shaken, fine strained and smoked, there is certainly a drink for you at this Linthorpe delight.
The menu at The Artizan is intensive, considered and really, really enticing. It’s the kind of establishment that you’ll have to keep coming back to, time and time again, to taste all the delicious options this bespoke bar has to offer. Stop in for a Moulin Rouge, thyme for gold, or chemical circus, or simply pay them a visit to work your way through the gin selection. Wondering about those cocktails and what’s involved? Well, for that you’ll just have to pay them a visit and see for yourself. The Artizan is located on Roman Road, just on the corner of Oxford Road and The Crescent in Linthorpe, not far from the centre of Middlesbrough. Book a spot as soon as you can.
