Had a Fab night and can't wait to go back

Had a great laugh shame about the food! Ordered chicken burgers hot dogs pizza and fries all came without sauces so we asked for ketchup, mayo and bbq we received it 20 mins later (along with the pizza)after we’d given up and eaten it and waitress still left us the mayo and ketchup! Then 10 mins later waitress declared oh we’ve ran out of bbq sauce (we’d all finished by then)! Our plates were only half cleared away we ended up putting our plates on another table! DJ was a great though! Think they just need more staff!

Good night if lucky with seating & surroundings. Seated with wannabe Peaky Blinders around, crap night. Security so unaware of what to look out for.

The quiz was really fun and there were so many people there to make a great atmosphere. Wished I could have stayed longer and I definitely would recommend the cocktails and food.

Good atmosphere and service. Toilets weren’t very clean, could have be checked more regularly by staff. Food was good, not sure about the wooden cutlery, spoilt the taste a little bit.

Food service was a little slow but venue very busy this was our second year running to have our works xmas do at the Bier Keller and all the guys had a great time

We came here for your xmas party. Such a good laugh, but the food was diabolical! Tesco value frozen roast potatoes and childrens frozen veg mix, rock hard stuffing ball. The sausage was okay, but strange!

Good vibes dancing on the table. The quiz was some light hearted fun, good drinks deals and I’d probably be returning again with some friends.

We had a brilliant night out. Our waitress was lovely. Working in a very busy and loud environment. Good entertainment. Excellent door staff and bouncers. The only thing that let it down was we didn't receive our pretzel or our shots!!!

My party thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was a surprise event for a birthday - she loved it. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again.

We paid for the perimum package but didnt get the pretzil and shot that should have came with it. We also paid for best seats but we were sat towards the back.

Awesome fun, food and drinks. We were very pleased with the service!!! Great band and music! The whole place was having fun !!! Can't wait to go again

So much fun! Band were great. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble for them! Great night out, will definitely go again.

Brilliant night, great laugh! Great atmosphere Food was good chips where lush, Package was great value for money. Waitress was friendly and looked after us brilliantly,

what was offered couldn't be faulted, thank you. The entertainment was a great experience, I and my wife enjoyed the evening very much. We will be back for more. JonH

There was a great atmosphere, the food is really good for the price (especially when it's 2-4-1 ;) ) and the service is pretty decent!

Dirty chipped plastic glasses that made me cringe so much I could not drink my drink. Ran out of "unlimited wings". Managing staff had an attitude problem. Will not be going back.

Lively atmosphere and good night. Red bull didn't work which was a downer so couldn't have the energy stein. But otherwise good night overall and good music.

A good night with lots of singing & dancing. Not sure about the band's 2nd set?! Choice of music was a little random. A good first Bierkeller experience though.

Staff friendly, beer cold, but more of a group place to visit on a big boost night out, not really a couples place for dinner!

Good night out if your looking for something a bit different to the normal night clubbing. Good atmosphere and the staff were really friendly too.

Night ruined by doorman. My daughter was ejected for bashing her stein against mine even though this was what everyone else was doing. Disappointing service .waited 20 minutes for first drinks order and an hour for food. Won't be returning.

Had a Really Good evening Atmosphere was very Entertaining Good staff Beer and food Entertainment very Good would Highly Recommend the Bierkeller and have told friends and family Thank U for a Great Evening we will be back

Fab place to go if you want a fun night out with plenty of dancing. Food and drink were good as was the service. Great night had by all!

My first time experience of the bierkeller was fun ,enjoyable and very good entertainment I wiuld definetly come again it was a great night out for my birthday.

Went to the Cheltenham beirkeller last night, booked in for a Christmas Party. Great music, great beer, great staff What more can I say it was great.

Good atmosphere, great night out. Food the only disappointing aspect however not bad for the price. The live music is a good aspect to the venue and it's got the German unique selling point. Will go back again!

Love love love Bierkeller! The atmosphere is something else. Took my father for his birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed it! We had an amazing night.

A really good night, lots of giggles, dancing in bar stools, congas, games, laughing, drinking. must be prepared to get involved. Would definitely go again
