History and the best of English cooking combine to bring you an excellent dining experience at The Black Robin, a traditional Kentish restaurant and pub down Covet Lane. Established way back in 1740, this restaurant offers guests a blast from the past, and opening hours every day of the week make it ideal for just about any occasion. This local legend also serves up tasty stone-fired pizzas that are some of the finest in the Elham Valley. Whatever you decide on, you can count on some great food made with excellent ingredients. Book ahead to beat the crowd.
The Black Robin has a lovely atmosphere and the young girls who were serving us were very polite. The food was excellent well worth a visit
Great food at a great price. Had to call to add an extra diner, there were no issues with that. Service was a little bit slow for the restaurant not seeming to be that busy, however I was with great company so this did not ruin our experience or lunch.
We had a delicious Sunday lunch which was faultless. Excellent service. I have driven past the Black Robin many times over the years, but never thought to try it. It was a delightful surprise and we shall certainly go there again.
the soups were up to scratch but the beef jerky was dry & tough, maybe I should have know that but if so it was an odd thing to have on the menu
