Third time in 9 years we ate at the Blacksmith’s Arms during out visit to Alton Towers. Great service and great food. We’ll come by again next time!
Slow service and when we enquired about the whereabouts of our order for the second time the waitress rolled her eyes and was very argumentative (very rude and unprofessional). Other diners were also complaining about the wait time. The food was of average quality. Visited the Blacksmiths Arms during a visit to Alton Towers, we will not be returning next time.
