The service was friendly and the food was very tasty. It was a bit noisy at times. I would certainly go back and recommend the restaurant.

The food and service were both good. Though we were slightly chilly sitting in the restraunt. We were sat close to lots of other couples despite there being plenty space to spread out a bit. And the food was served in footery little frying baskets. Which some people like, we jusy found them a bit annoying But overall we did enjoy the food and and the service was quick

We picked a quiet time for our meal and it was between Chritsmas And New Year but it was a wonderful meal throughout. A wee bit pricey though and I don't think the 10% service charge was necessary. The liquer measure I had at the end of the meal was very small. Would go back anytime.

We had to ask for menus as not brought when we were shown to our table, after 30 minutes and asking 3 times we were still not brought the tap water we asked for. We weren’t told about the specials or that a few items were unavailable until one of us tried to order one of the unavailable dishes. However, the food we had was delicious.

Easy to book table and food and service was very good.

This was my 3rd visit to The Braided Fig and we were there to celebrate a birthday. It was my decision to book in advance as i knew how popular The Braided Fig is as the quality of food and service is always high, we were suprised to find although were were dining midweek that the restaurant was almost empty, this made for a more relaxing experience and this was evident in the interactions with the staff which were friendly and casual. i was joined by my wife and my parents, who havent been to the braided fig before, but after the meal said it was amazing and that a second visit is a must.

Really enjoyable meal, the pork tenderloin was excellent, the combination of flavours and textures was amazing. The apple crumble is like having Christmas on your taste buds. Wish we had more time to savour other dishes, next time we will plan to stay longer.

Service was slow. Waited 15 mins before deciding to go to the bar myself to get drinks. Half an hour before food order taken. Food was timely and delicious though. We asked to take my partners leftovers home as it was a large portion; this was refused. Seemed odd.

Lovely food and a relaxed dining experience. Menu was varied with a good range of dishes to suit all tastes and occasions. Not overly pricy either which was a welcome change from the norm these days. Service was attentive and friendly too. Lovely night out. Will definitely return.
