About The Canna Kitchen

The Canna Kitchen Brighton is the UK’s first cannabis-themed restaurant serving properly good vegetarian food. The Canna Kitchen is indeed one of the most unique restaurants we know of, not just in Brighton but in all of the UK, owing to its plant-based, organic and cannabinoid-infused food. From the menu you can expect everything from mains of celeriac rostis with CBD chestnut puree to hemp brownies for dessert… You’ll find The Canna Kitchen on Duke Street in the heart of Brighton Lanes and it’s very popular indeed, and not just because of the intrigue factor – the food is top-notch!

Love love love Canna Kitchen. Went for the Roast Dinner with Vegan Yorkies (Yorkshire puddings) it was excellent. Will be back next week with the kids, they will love it. So filling we could not handle even a dessert. The girls were so friendly. I have walked by before, but it was a Facebook post by the chef enticing us with the Yorkies that got us there, but definitely on our "go-to" restaurant map. I would put the roast dinner as top for Sunday roasts.

New restaurant with unique selling menu of the most wonderful tasting vegan food you can imagine. The options are limited but contain multiple ingredients to provide a truly tasty plate of food. Staff were great and this place deserves to be busier than when we arrived. At the moment there is no licence so you can take your own wine and pay a corkage fee. The charges for food may appear expensive but the portions are generous and well worth a try.
