The Chamberlayne in Kensal Rise is one of our favourite gastro pubs in North West London, owning mainly to its really impressive selection of steaks. It’s on Chamberlayne Road right next to Kensal Rise train station, where on the menu you’ll find Millers of Speyside Aberdeen Angus 28-day dry aged beef, with a selection of cuts ranging from Côte de Boeuf and Chateaubriand to ribeye, sirloin and other favourites. Besides steak, The Chamberlayne serves other pub classics like fish pie or beer battered cod, as well as plenty that’s veggie-friendly. Reservations here are always a good idea as it does tend to fill up fast.
