The Chipping Forecast in Notting Hill is a fish and chips restaurant that serves up some of the freshest food we’ve ever tasted in London. Firm believers in sustainable fishing and protecting the UK’s marine environment, the team at this All Saints Road eatery proudly state that the fish served in their restaurant goes “from hook to plate” in just 48 hours, courtesy of their longstanding collaboration with experienced fishermen from the Cornish coast. Marvellous steamed mussels from St Austell Bay lead the impressive menu, and guests can also tuck into treats such as crab rolls, a gorgeous fish pie, and Cornish cod coated in panko breadcrumbs. Diners can trace their fish back to the very boat from which it was caught from, and the flavours on offer are simply sensational. The opportunity to sample beautifully cooked fresh fish in one of London’s prettiest neighbourhoods is one not to be missed, so reserve a table at The Chipping Forecast today!
Cheery welcome, relaxed atmosphere and excellent fish. The Chipping Forecast is the perfect choice for a wide range of straight forward fresh fish dishes. Traditional fish and chips highly recommended but equally we enjoyed simply grilled haddock. Apple pie a dream.
Excellent seafood baked or battered, fried specialties. Some grilled too. Very respectable salads and side dishes. Good service even in off peak times. Pleasant ambiance with natural coarse wood tables.
