A lovely Sunday roast dinner, good value and as one of our party was gluten free and they offer a good selection of meals to cater for this, everyone’s needs were fulfilled! Excellent dessert choice too and they were all delicious. Would definitely return in the future.

My friends and I met up for dinner on Thursday evening and really enjoyed ourselves. I’m vegetarian and one of my friends needs a gluten free menu, which were both available. The other two are on farm diets so were happy with the main restaurant menu. All meals were delicious and the puddings were amazing! Staff are always friendly here and I would not hesitate to continue to visit and recommend this lovely, welcoming pub.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was a bit average. We had the roast and the vegetables were a bit over cooked and lifeless, so not a place I will rush back to I’m afraid.

Really nice staff. Food cooked perfectly. We didn't wait long for it to arrive and they happily did a doggy bag for us as the meaks are huge. Very good value.

Lovely old fashioned village pub, reminded me of when I was growing up, food was excellent huge portions and great value for money. Staff were very friendly

Disappointed with the roast beef as it was rather tough & hard to cut. Burgers were lovely but my chicken breast was huge so it was rather dry - would have preferred a thinner breast so that it was more moist. Staff wonderful, portions huge so beware!

The rugby was on so it was louder than I would think it is normally.
