Fab food, service excellent and very kind to my two year old grandson xx
Food is to very high standards and the staff are impeccable
Enjoyable tasty Sunday lunch. Fine choices well prepared. Thank you.
We recently stayed at the Collingwood Arms and the room was lovely. A large room with comfortable traditionally styled furniture, an enormous bed, lovely views and a great bathroom.
Beautiful setting, great welcome from staff and great service. Very relaxing atmosphere. Lots of choice on the menu and all of the food was fresh and delicious. Only slight criticism was the Eton Mess, although creamy and fruity it was all whipped together and had no crispy meringue, which is usually the best part of Eton Mess. Overall it was a lovely meal and we will definitely be back!
We booked at the last minute for 2 for Sunday lunch. One of the nicest meals we have ever had. Main course of topside of beef simply stunning. Thank you, we will be back soon
Tempura prawn starter was delicious. The scallops as a main was tasty but only just warm. There was a long wait between starter & main. When we asked for the bill the waitress apologised about the wait as they had been busy. Decaf coffee was not good; very weak.
Great food, friendly efficient staff and a lovely restaurant. This is our 3rd visit and certainly we will be back to enjoy another delicious lunch. Thank you.
The service was good with pleasant friendly staff, the food was good and tasty the mains could have been a bit hotter but overall we had a nice pleasant lunch and hope to return in the future 😀
Extremely good service, lovely meal, and staff produced extra special birthday wishes chocolate display for my dad's birthday. Thank you!!
