The Copper Clam of Brighton specialises in fine, fresh seafood, and given its location right on the seafront, you know the food is the real deal. Indeed, everything on The Copper Clam menu is sourced as locally as possible, from the lobsters that are caught just outside the restaurant to the steaks that come from Sussex. But it’s not just sourcing, as each dish at The Copper Clam looks and tastes refined in a way you don’t find in too many other Brighton seafood restaurants. One of our favourite dishes is the king scallops with black pudding and pea puree, but the pan-fried cod is a classic you can’t really go wrong with, either. The Copper Clam is on Kings Road Arches in The Lanes and reservations are essential.
