We were greeted by a very bubbly, pleasant and funny Scottish lady. She was a delight to have as our Server. The food (as usual) was delicious, promptly served and value for money! The wine was the right temperature and were allowed to sit well away from a group of kids! Great experience once again!

First visit and enjoyed it! For a party size of 12 they managed to seat us all together. Gluten free choices were available and food was lovely. Would recommend.

I was so looking forward to my meal as I have had AMAZInG experiences before. This time we were seated in the back, right next to the window to the kitchen and a radiator. If I looked to my right my view was someone washing up with the bum of his jogging bottoms hanging down by his knees. I was also right next to a radiator that was on full throttle and I started to over heat but was too polite to say. Our starters came out separately, I really wouldn't have minded waiting a few minutes so that my husband was brought to the table at the same time but instead he spent a good few minutes telling me to eat and me insisting I'd wait. We both ordered the fillet stake from the specials. His was amazing, mine had a lot of veins in it and I couldn't eat about a quarter of it as it was just too tough because of this. The waitress looked mortified when she cleared out plates. By this time the heat was really getting to me. The staff realised it was hot and opened a door and offered us a different table but we had already decided to pass on desserts and get the bill, as.i was feeling a bit queasy, so I declined. When the bill was brought to us someone came and apologised for the steak and said the chef had offered us free desserts but as we were already paying they just wanted to offer us an apology. I know they cant help the steak but I really would have thought that if they offered us a free dessert and we declined they could have taken some money off of the bill. Any way, the staff were lovely and all of the items on the menu looked lovely. I just felt that since it has gotten bigger it has lost some of its personal, welcoming touch (which I.qas looking forward to on our much needed date night!) and I left feeling a bit disappointed but for anyone else going who hasn't been before I'm sure they would love it

We visited fairly early in the evening (5.30pm) so we were the only customers for a while. However, there was nice music playing in the background and, within half an hour, the restaurant had already filled up quite a bit. The service was very attentive and the food and drink were delicious. We visited The Copper Kitchen because we'd heard good things about it - and we weren't disappointed! Will definitely be going along again!

We had to wait 25mins for our table as they had messed up our booking. Food was lovely can't fault it,cooked to perfection. Service wasn't the best we kept having to ask for drinks and took ages to pay for the bill. Lots of staff just no one seems to know what had been done.

Such great food and amazing staff! I would come back simply just for the friendly staff but it makes it even better knowing the food is so so amazing! They deserve such recognition! If only all restaurants were as great as them!

Delicious food, fairly priced and great service. The menu is varied enough that there should be something to suit all tastes. Chicken fricasse was delicious.
