This was our second visit the portion sizes are tremendous the food is really good the service is quick friendly the place is very busy but you are still spaced out and the speed your food comes is very good

The food is amazing and the waiter who served us was lovely. The only thing I would say was they bought the meals out before we finished the poppadoms and didn’t give us fresh plates but did when asked, but we really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere.

We had a nice afternoon and enjoyed the food & atmosphere.

First time visiting and will definitely be coming back . Great service and the food is some of the best Indian I have ever eaten . Awesome 😁😁

Great efforts have been made to ensure compliance with all the social distancing rules. These didn't take anything away from the dining experience at all...in fact we felt very comfortable with their efforts. The food was as always very good, hot (temperature), tasty and plentiful. Our server, Taz, was splendid....he was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, engaging and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. We will definitely be going back.

We all really liked the food and the service was really good.

It was very busy here. The food was as high a standard as always. We were told we could have the table for 2 hours, but we waited 30 mins for our order to be taken. We then waited another 15 mins and had to ask for our popadoms, as we started to eat these our starters then arrived at the same time so had to be taken back to the kitchen. We then had to ask for them once we had finished the popadoms. By the time we got our mains we had been in the restaurant 1 1/4 hrs. Our server was very busy and she did a good job with the amount of people she was seeing to. SOCIAL DISTANCING - Wait at the door to be seated. This is ok, if people leaving the restaurant are exiting through a different door, but this is not the case. Full table service here now, which is a positive . They have the same some of tables are set quite close to each other.

This is not the first time we have visitied The Covered Wagon, we do go fairly regularly. As always, great food and great service. The Lamb Saag is to die for, the lamb, melts in your mouth

We were given a friendly greeting on arrival and waitress service was excellent throughout. The food was served quickly and was both plentiful and delicious.

Food was fast and nice only down fall was I ordered the mix girl and it was burnt on the bottom, had a lovey Pair of couples At the side of us overall was really good service was great, staff was well mannered and polite overall 9/10

Had a table for two, we were situated right next to a large family group. Members of the large family group paraded through a gap between a pillar and our table virtually brushing against us while we were eating. No social distancing what so ever. That was unacceptable and I immediately asked for the bill and left. Food seemed to be nice but I only had a couple of bites and went, so it's unfair for me to judge. But I wasn't happy with people squeezing past when I was eating.

My first meal out since lockdown and every aspect of it i.e Food, Service, Price, safety measures and atmosphere were great. I have always loved the food at the Covered Wagon and thought it was excellent value for money and because this was a Tuesday the food was 50% off ..result.

We enjoyed the food and couldn't fault the service. However, tables were placed far too close together and menu's were left on tables to be handled by others withut being cleaned (paper disposable menus would be better). We didn't feel that the restaurant were taking the covid threat or social distancing seriously enough and will wait a while before feeling safe enough to visit again.

Food was great, service was exceptional. Going back very soon.
