Booked a table for the husband’s birthday meal, never been before, but the whole affair was faultless. The service, the value for money and the food was amazing! We will definitely return, thank you 😊

They catered for my boyfriend’s birthday brilliantly. The food was delicious!

It was way too noisy, the food was greasy and piled up like a chip shop. The waitress was lovely but really it was apparent that food was a second thought over the bar. This should be made clear in their marketing.

Really great place. Food was amazing. Staff very courteous and went above expectations. Only two tiny points to turn a 9 to a 10. A whisky tumbler with a whisky would be nice rather than a tall glass. And a menu of whiskies with tasting notes/prices would be better than standing at the bar playing hit or miss. But all in all we loved the place.

Staff are very friendly, arrived early for dinner reservation and told the barman we had a reservation. He checked if the table was ready then escorted us upstairs and seated us an brought our drinks over. Restaurant is nice and well staffed to the number of diner's. The food was great and if any down side it would be far more was served than expected

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have coeliac disease and the staff always know what is suitable. Staff allow enough time from when you are first seated to order drinks and then food. The food is amazing, fairly priced and there is lots of it.

Booked a table of 10 for a Christmas party back in early November, only to recieve a call from the distillery a couple of weeks later to cancel as they could no t longer fit us in due to an already booked party increasing their number. I wish the Distillery had been honest when they cancelled as when I made original booking I was told they weren't very busy.....

Nice food at a reasonable price. Nice Gin selection too! Did get a bit loud but that's to be expected in town on a Friday night.

We love eating here early evening before it gets busy. It’s a small restaurant, which suits us and the staff are excellent. The menu has a variety of foods at reasonable prices. We had the king prawns to start and it was delicious, the mains are very filling we ordered smoked salmon club sandwich and a crab burger and they were both excellent. Drinks well priced too. A friendly place to eat in the centre of derby

Starters were all lovely and fresh, mains however weren’t hot (warm) and not the best quality. Also was asked to pre order because they were really busy - maybe one other table in whilst we were there for food. Service was poor - drinks took ages and had to ask to be served twice. A bit disappointed all in all.

Great, friendly service, good food & drinks. Waiter recommended a “special” old fashioned cocktail, definitely worth a try if you like bourbon. We had a table of 6, everyone very happy with overall experience.

Good food and excellent service! We were seated immediately and we were constantly being take care of by the waiter. Food was good as well as the drinks.

Fantastic food and cocktails. General atmosphere was lacking slightly as we were the only 2 people in there at lunchtime on a Saturday. Would definitely go back but feel they need to market their lunchtime food menu more as they're missing out on so much potential trade.

Restaurant is in a nice location, set back from the main street. We were meet on arrival by several staff and made to feel very welcome. Food and service was good during our visit. I would definitely recommend the distillery to my friends and family.

Lovely food. The chef even made something else to cater for a nut / coconut allergy sufferer. The room wasn't warm enough for most of the people in my party though.

Great food and service as always. Plus as it was our anniversary, they went out of their way and provided us with a glass of bubbly each which was a very nice surprise. Can highly recommend. Will happily go back
