Roasted Lamb Shank
After tucking our meaty lamb shanks in with a boat load of seasonal vegetables, a splash of wine, fresh rosemary, garlic and the perfect amount of seasoning we send them off for a long, slow roasting session. Served with a side of roasted veg and rosemary potatoes
