From sitting down at our table to being served was one hour. It was clearly busy, and it was understaffed. Our table attendant was friendly and cheery, but clearly overworked. In addition both the Fish & Chips and Sea Bass were sold out, by 7.30pm in the evening. This left either Burgers, Pizza or Steak, none of which were appealing to the three people who wanted to eat fish. The Steaks and Burgers were good, but not what we wanted to order. For the price the overall experience was poor.

We had to wait so long for our food, about 1 hour for the starter and then another 1 hour for the mains.the staff didn’t apologise or make any explanation but they were very friendly. It was exceptionally busy for a Tuesday lunch time so maybe that is why but I don’t think I will visit again to be honest.

Ania was our waitress and she was wonderful! Extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. She was knowledgeable about the menu and just made our visit great! My husband and I last visited on Valentines Day and that time wasn’t so great. We’re so glad we gave it another chance! We came to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday as he had never been before and wanted to try the food. We will definitely come back!

No cauliflower cheese available to go with roast dinners and no Parmesan for the pasta! Otherwise would have given better score! Waitress was very good, unfortunately she finished her shift before we left but was very bubbly and efficient!

Enjoyable meal, very good waitress. A few unprofessional things that we noticed whilst dining, but it seems to be the norm these days.

A nice quiet pub in a nice location. Great Restaurant.

A friend and I went for lunch, it as lovely, good atmosphere attentive staff, food delicious, highly recommended. On the downside parking can be a nightmare, so book early lunch!

Had a lovely Sunday roast, the ssrvice was lovely. It was our first visit and it was my husband 60th birthday. We will be back 🙂

Was extremely lucky had a 50% off food voucher. Food was nice (linguine a tad too much tomato) but that's a preference. Starter was very nice beef croquettes. Lot's of beef on there. Drinks reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere.
