About The Hot Mango Cafe

Offering all-day breakfasts, premium coffee and Ulverston’s best lunch deals, The Hot Mango Cafe’s got it all. This labour of love has been an icon in the local dining scene for decades now, and in 2011 was bought by restaurateur and foodie Stephanie Sykes with the vision to take the cafe above and beyond it’s already reputable standing. Cosy and relaxed, the interior of the cafe is perfect for any occasion, whether it’s just for a coffee and homework session or a meeting with friends. Go for one of the restaurant’s famous breakfasts, or try one of their lunches like the classic steak burger with chips, wholetail scampi, creamy garlic mushrooms or the tasty BBQ chicken & mozzarella cheese baguette. Always innovating and evolving, The Hot Mango Cafe offers a truly unique dining experience on Ulverston’s King Street.

Pleasant atmosphere, small and compact and can be a little noisy and hot. This was more than offset by the excellent food. The Hot Mango has no drink licence but but have no objections to BYO bottle

Fabulous food, as always. Service spot on. Love that you can bring your own wine and they don't even charge for corkage. We will return!

Great freshly cooked food very attentive staff, shame we didn't have room for dessert which looked really good, may have to forego starter next time
