Took a risk as the two of us were meeting for lunch mid way between Milton Keynes and Manchester.... Knew it was not a chain - and that can be the devil and the deep blue sea... This was out of the sea and into the sky... the service was efficient, polite, caring - but not pushy... The food, on the other hands was really great - my friend had the chicken burger and sweet potato - I had the sea bream... best chicken ever I was told. The sea bream and potatoes and mushroom and courgette and sauce was excellent... The Pinot Grigio was excellent in taste and in price.... The jaffa cake cheesecake was great and the coffee and mint tea served without a fluster. If you knew me - you'd know I would complain or compliment - this one is complimented and recommended - fresh food always tastes fresh - thanks chef...
First time eating here. The positive reviews I’d read previously were right; Great good from the Christmas menu and handy for the theatre. Highly recommended.
Friendly welcome. Good atmosphere Sea Bass was cooked to perfection Pea and Leek Risotto was so tasty and well worth the wait as it was cooked to order Not dry and stodgy like some I have eaten elsewhere Sticky Toffee Pudding to die for Both Wine and food were priced right Highly recommend you try
