About The Hythe Brasserie

The Hythe Brasserie is located just off of Hythe High Street on Douglas Avenue, only a ten-minute walk from the beautiful seaside. This Hythe restaurant serves unpretentious European cuisine that’s packed with flavour, alongside an impressive wine list that will please any connoisseur. If the weather is nice, you can bask in the rays in the outside terrace at the front of the shop, or if the rain has gotten the better of you, there is plenty of comfortable seating inside. The Hythe Brasserie prides itself in serving traditional British food in a modern way, with each dish presented beautifully. It doesn’t get any fresher – the restaurant takes advantage of fresh seafood caught daily by local fisherman.
