Had a lovely time at The Keys, a late birthday get together. We had the afternoon tea, with a portion of chips and a bottle of Prosecco. The food was delicious and very tasty.

There was one guy on a near table who was very noisy who certainly liked to hear his own voice. Otherwise everything was very good.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad which had no chicken sent back to then told they have no chicken if they didn’t have chicken should have been offered an alternative instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice also ordered a bottle wine for £18 which is sold at Tesco on the road for £5.00 complained and wasn’t charged but still the experience wasn’t pleasant and I would not go again or recommend

On entering the keys the waitress was lovely, very polite and took us to our table. Ordered the food and because the plates were very hot, not hot but very hot, the eggs carried on cooking and ended up being hard, and the bacon was salty. But this is the best bit. When trying to pay by card their phone line was slow, so the lady asked the owner PAUL to put the phone down as the card machine was struggling to work as he was using the phone, (with me so far?), his reply was NO I CANT. SURELY in this uncertain climate he would want to be embrassing customers to come in, but no. Well sorry to say that this is a customer that won't be back Thank you to Paul
