Had a lovely lunch today, restaurant was clean and tidy, great service, great food. Will be returning soon.

Wow! What a lovely restaurant! Not ridiculously priced, decor amazing and staff warm, friendly and welcoming, went for my daughter’s 30th birthday, with 18mth old twins and a 5 year old. 100% recommend! Oh and the food was amazing!

Food was ok, maybe portion sizes a bit too big, especially the roast dinner, can sometimes put you off when faced with a huge plate of food. I found the place lacked atmosphere, not a very good selection of wines by the glass. Service was a bit lax and slow too.

Beautiful restaurant. Friendly staff. Food very tasty. Lamb beyti only luke warm. Unfortunately we were sat near the door on a very cold day and there was a freezing cold draft. We sat with our coats on and couldn’t get warm which made the experience not very enjoyable.

Always enjoy the food and great service by Olivia. Booked to go again. Just a shame parking is limited.

It’s a fashion show of women judging you not a dinning experience the women who greet you are on the phone googling stuff looking around the restaurant looking bored simply not a restaurant experience more like people having a go at it and failing …. With a service charge on top

Booked a table for 4 for a friends 60th birthday. The group were treated like VIPs by the staff and made to feel special. The food and service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Sunday lunch time - service ok felt a little rushed at times , food good and price good - drinks eating out nowadays always overpriced would come again beautiful surroundings- decor, car park very tight though place looked clean

Had yet another lovely lunch with excellent service. I love this restaurant, especially as they order in gluten free lager which most restaurants such as the Bellhouse refuse to stock.

The waitress was very good. And the service was very efficient. We had to return both our main meal, because it wasn't very hot. They were returned on fresh plates. The meal was very nice. The price was very reasonable.

Lovely helpful staff, however maybe a shortage of staff as food too way too long to arrive but as I said staff were very lovely

First time visiting. Beautiful restaurant. Staff very attentive and customer service excellent. Food though for myself was just ok. I had the steak pasta. Great portion size and steak was well cooked but that was about it. The pasta tasted bland.

Christmas Day tbf. Staff amazing. Most of food amazing. Could've been hotter. Very christmassy and friendly which was nice. Turkey in slabs not sliced - but that's personal preference. More sprouts and carrots 🥕 preferred and there was no cauliflower cheese. Have previously had many excellent roast dinners here.

First visit to this local restaurant. Food and service was very good and the ambiance of the restaurant was just right for the early evening. Will be back .

We arrived and were shown to our table where there was a half eaten chicken bone I presume from the night before. The staff member apologised and removed it, blamed the cleaners and offered us a new table. Fair enough. Our main meal arrives I am a vegetarian and it looks like it contains meat. Luckily my friend isn’t so tried it for me and was able to confirm that yes it contained meat. It was replaced for the vegetarian version and this time it was the kitchen who were to blame. I would avoid if you have food allergies as this mistake could literally cost you your life! So as you can imagine we won’t be returning.

The DJ and vibe was good but the food was quite a lot less than when friends have previously been for brunch and there was only a choice of 3 cocktails, there was definitely more on the website when I booked. Seems expensive for £65 a person.

Overall the service was excellent; however the lady responsible for welcoming guests was not very helpful in offering to check our coats and seemed engrossed with her laptop. The gentleman server was really helpful and the very kind gesture of a birthday cake (slice) and complimentary drinks was very much appreciated. Will definitely return as the service and food is wonderful.

This is the 2nd time we've visited The Med and it was just as good as the first. The service from start to finish was excellent and so was the food. Thank you.

This was my first visit to The Med. The food was amazing and even though it was early evening, the atmosphere was great. Cool music, super friendly welcome and I look forward to checking out the Sunday roast. Can't recommend The Med highly enough. Thanks for a lovely evening.

It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was very impressed! The service was excellent, and the food was just as good — absolutely delicious. I’ve already booked a return visit in December!
