We were unaware it was a la carte, we were spoken to so many times regarding our orders and the food took so long. The drinks were flat. The staff just didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the fact the meal was so expensive we expected a much better service

The lady who works there was brilliant. We were hugely delayed due to nightmare traffic and she was very very nice. Relaxed, efficient and friendly.

A really pleasurable Saturday lunchtime experience. The food (a la carte menu) was well presented and extremely tasty but what made our visit special were the friendly staff and one lady in particular whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. The service was extremely good, but the attention, caring and kindness shown to my elderly mother went well beyond the call of duty. Thank you for making it a special and memorable occasion. We look forward to coming back 😃

They cancelled at last minute as too busy so were not doing afternoon tea. Have rebooked

Although we had booked the very helpful girl who seemed to be alone was not aware. We waited over an hour for our food which was bought out separately. My steak was cremated. I sent it back and received another.

Unfortunately a really bad meal, salmon wasn’t cooked and veg & potatoes were rock hard, restaurant was empty besides one other couple that found a hair in there dinner and left shortly after. Shame because in the past it was good, but wouldn't go again sorry
