Warm and friendly staff, amazing tea and cakes and could sit there all afternoon. Dont go to Canterbury without visiting this cute little cafe.

My friend and I had an amazing time at the Moat Tea Rooms. We awed over the food and raved about the tea. We particularly liked the Rocky Road cake and the scones. Wishing you the best in the future!

Long wait for food and confusion over where we sat as they wanted us to move to another room but made a mistake. They apologised but seemed confused about where their group booking was going. The chef seemed to have a better grasp of things and his customer service was outstanding.
