Minced lamb, marinated with mixed spices, grilled and sprinkled with fresh onions. Served with rice and salad
Mushroom Chaqapuli
Diced mushroom stew cooked with spring onions, coriander, tarragon, plums and dry white wine. Served with salad and fresh bread
