It was long wait for a disappointing meal. We waited an hour for our food to arrive. The roast turkey was mediocre, the vegetables were too hard to cut let alone eat.

Lovely place to dine and will be returning. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food delicious and arrived promptly. Definitely recommend.

Too many tv screens. Food was nothing special. Main courses around £16 but fish was apparently overcooked. Calamari tough and oil tasted old. Hunters chicken ok. Peas overcooked. Probably won’t return as not best value for cost.

Always a good experience eating out at this restaurant. Only slight problem was that they were out of fruit crumble!! However, there were many other options to choose from. Thank you.

Service was very slow. Food was not very hot when it arrived. The food however was very tasty and yorkshires great. A waiter offered additional yorkshires and gravy which was appreciated.

We went for our friends birthday and had a very pleasant meal.

Catch up lunch with daughters. Friendly staff, good environment. Food fresh and tasty, generous portions loving new menu choices. Booked again for next week with a longtime friend.

No card machines working had to pay cash which I had to get from a cash machine at the garage down the road. The meal was ok but had been kept warm under a lamp as the mash potatoes had a crust on it.

Oak tree staff are very friendly and very helpful in every way cannot fault food or staff and price very good value

Whereever one sits one faces a huge teloevision screen which completely ruins the dining experience. Wont come again.

we went on a monday as they are offering 50% off food, which is a great help with all the things going up on bills etc, so a very nice change that you are doing the offer, and the food quality and choice are the same and great, and the garden is lovely in this nice summer weather
