Didn’t get starters we ordered. Main meal was Luke warm and not right. Told the younger waitress who was not bothered. Another couple complained and was treated the same.

Poor service and indifferent staff. Waited 15 minutes before being asked if we wanted a drink. I know this business is up for sake by such service won't help find a buyer

Always a lovely experience dining at the Pearl, food is plentiful, delicious and wonderful atmosphere and decor, the singer was superb too.

Customer service poor. Felt like we had to be quick. As restuarant was empty.

Very friendly staff ,great atmosphere ,with a live singer …had the mussels in creamy sauce and a grilled wing of skate , it was delicious.hubby had crispy prawn followed by fillet steak . He thoroughly enjoyed it . Tables pushed back after for a dance . Perfect Valentines night !!

The staff confirmed my booking by phone which was reassuring and on the day everyone was friendly the service was excellent and the food delicious. This restaurant is now our go to when in Hornchurch it has a nice ambiance about it. Thanks

Food was plentiful and very tasty! Our waiter was efficient and friendly and we all enjoyed our meals. As a Monday night it was quiet but we thoroughly enjoyed it .

A last minute decision to head out for fish and chips on Friday. The Pearl staff are super friendly and the cod and chips was amazing, massive portions, beautifully presented and not at all greasy. We’ll definitely be going back.

We ordered some starters to share, one of them was octopus. We couldn’t believe the portion though it’s a starter, just like some scratches. The waitress sent the owner to talk to us about it, can’t believe her attitude, arrogant and rude. We asked to cancel it finally. Will not go there again.

As always at this restaurant the staff are amazing, the food is cooked beautifully, good sized portions at reasonable price and they still make the best long Island tea on the planet. Thanks from a very happy and slightly anibriated Aussie. Xx
