Unusual late week visit for me but as always a good venue to drop into given location and the quality of food available all day.

We have a lovely meal here enjoyed the burger and my daughter had the the fish and chips. Both great dishes for a cold day in the city

Just time for some food before the train and this is a much better choice that train sanies. Had the burger which is always great to set me up and then it’s not far to go to station so perfect location

Another good start to my week down south with a nice lunch after a terrible train journey. I was ready for the fish and chips both to warm and fill me up. Job done 😊

Love the food had the burger and really enjoyed it only sour note was it’s the usual frozen chips instead of fresh chips but May is just me

I tried the burger and chips as I was a bit later in the day than my usual lunch time slot. Burger was tasty meat have got balance of seasoning and not too salt which suits my taste

Really enjoyable meal the restaurant is set in a central location within a short walk to shops or station. The selection of food on offer is also great so well worth a visit

Another nice lunch before heading for my train north. I can’t resist the fish and chips here the fish batter is fantastic must be the Brooklyn ale they use that make it so crispy and tasty

New habit for me in test I now lunch before heading north and as this restaurant is close to station it’s ideal. There is a good selection to choose from and the service is good so ticks all my boxes

Anther week if travel to Leeds and another enjoyable lunch in a quite location I look forward to getting there and having the fish and chips with Brooklyn Ale

Another week and another lunch here at the place felt a bit hungry today so went with the burger and fries which hit the spot. Lively music and a good location so win win for me

I have reviewed this restaurant a number of times so running out of things to say other than its my favourite lunch time spot good food, great service and enjoyable range of beers to choice from

We had a lovely lunch here and we shared a main of fish and chips as the portion is full on for lunch. The crispy batter is really good thinks it’s the beer they use so would recommend it if you in the mood

Another nice lunch in my favourite Leeds restaurant, good location in nice surroundings with a reasonably priced menu with choices to suit different tastes. I had my usual fish and chips with a cold Brooklyn ale which I always recommend as it never varies in quality

Went for another lunch the pull of the burger and beer was to much for me to resist am so I gave into it and enjoyed my lunch before a long train journey and better than railway sandwich’s any day

We have a lovey girls night meal and as usual really enjoyed the food and the music. It was a bit nosier than usual but the food and service made up for it so would not let that out me off future visits

I love this restaurant & Bar, the Brooklyn ale is fantastic and worth the visit itself but had good food and music what’s not to like

We really had s nice lunch here enjoyed the salad for a change due to the hot weather but the restaurant was lovely and cool do great for a hot day

Not as good as normal been here a few times now but the service was a bit off so will give the benefit of doubt in the main this is usually a good restaurant with a buzz about it so hopefully will bounce back

I had a lovely meal here it’s in a great location looking out to the canal and quite for a city centre area. The food is great I tried the fish and chips and worth the money just for the beer batter so would recommend it as a dish to try

This is my go to for lunch after an early train journey from the north. The location is central close to station but still in a quite area that you can enjoy a nice meal. Food always great and so is the service

I had really good meal here and it set in a lovely location just across from the canal so it’s quite even though your in the heart of the city. I what the burger and it was really juicy which is not the norm in the uk it reminded me of the USA will be.back for sure

I like lunching here it a great location and plenty of choice. I went the egg salad today give it was warm out so did not feel like hot plates such as the burger which really good but managed not to talk myself into it. As always plenty on the mate and good friendly service with a cheeky half pint of Brooklyn lager set me up for the rest of the day

I had the fish and chips which excellent, a really crispy beer batter that is one of the tastiest I have had in a long time. The fish is fresh and the chips are hand made so well worth trying if your out along the canal and fancy a nice meal

The only good thing about needing to travel to Leeds in business is I get to go for lunch here. I went with a chicken salad given the heat it was a good choice W with plenty of cooked chicken and selection of salad dressing to round it off

I really enjoy this restaurant/bar for lunch. I was able to also enjoy a Brooklyn beer today which is really good and compliments the beer battered fish so a good all round experience and pleasant service tops off the visit

Another good lunch and flipped to the chicken salad this time as a good alternative to the hot meal option of fish and chips or burgers. As it’s supposed to be summer you must go with the healthy option sometimes and this is a decent size so worth checking it sometime.

I really like the location good view of the canal in a quite location. The menu is varied and I had their beer battered fish and chips which was really good. A lovely crispy golden batter that always makes a difference in my option.

Another good lunch this is a great location a quite spot in the city centre. As usual food good went with a burger today and the meat was really juicy so would recommend it
