The food was very good and the waitress was pleasant, but the food took a long time to come.

The location and service was great. The additional Covid measures in place worked very well. The menu is limited, however a nice selection. The fish and chips we had I would rate as average.

Food was cooked from fresh, tasted nice, limited menu for a grill bar! Had to wait over a hour for food after ordering, the waitress was lovely. Good location by the harbour..

Haven't dined out since the lock down started and we were very happy to be back at the Point. It's a 20+ mile round trip for us but it's always worth the effort. The staff are always friendly and they serve excellent food in great surroundings. Highly recommended.

We have eaten here several times before and have previously been entirely satisfied but on this occasion unfortunately the wheels came off! The service was slow, we ordered just one course and waited almost one hour before our food arrived. The wine then arrived when we were 75% though our food with a screw cap that was impossible to open. Our food was swimming in butter which spoilt an otherwise well cooked dish. In fairness the owners put things right to our satisfaction and we will return in the hope that today was just a bad day at the office that will not be repeated and a return to a busy friendly place to have a nice lunch

The food was good but I’m afraid the service was not so good ... Forgot our order of drinks then when we had finished our meal which had a bottle of wine included ,had not arrived so we ended taking it home .

Great as always - coping well with the Covid conditions

A little apprehensive going out after the long lockdown but any fears soon allayed. Attentive staff from the word go and organisation and running of the restricted (Covid-19) dining area excellent. Menu choices limited but adequate, our choices excellent and well presented. Overall a lovely evening for us. Thanks Richard, Luke and staff.

food was really good no mussels though which was the main reason for going. had our starter quickly then waited 50 mins for main course. Not sure we would go back, but the food was a good standard
