Bit lacking on vegetarian options but the menu is priced really well

Lovely food and drinks - service was a bit slow

Although it was busy there were enough staff on duty so no waiting for more drinks which was great. Staff pleasant and polite. We had a good night!

Always enjoyed The Potting Shed but left feeling very disappointed today. Limited menu and many items unavailable, table full of salt on arrival, cutlery brought a long time after hot food was brought to the table, discount for armed forces now not honoured and a very unhappy waitress!

Great eateries with the same great atmosphere aren’t that easy to find but this one ticks all of the boxes for a relaxed place to meet and make memories with friends and family. Have been to this one many times (back there on Saturday) as it continues to be a local favourite.

The booking was easy, the food really good service questionable. The Potting Shed was quite not many people eating, we booked a table for 2.15, I had to go to the bar to ask for our order to be taken, then I had to find someone so I could order coffee then find someone to bring the bill. There did only seem to be a few staff on, not sure if they ate struggling to get staff after lockdown. We would go again the food is delicious

We had a shed for our meal, it wasn't a warm night so we were glad we had hoodies with us. It was nice as it was a bit busy indoors due to the football

Me and my 10 year old son visited The Potting Shed in Beverley today for some much needed quality time together whilst my youngest was at Nursery. Wow! What an experience! I've been here before on nights out with the girls and have always had an enjoyable experience, but today we were made to feel like VIPs. Upon arrival we felt immediately safe by the different covid restrictions which they've implemented throughout the premises. We were offered a table upstairs where they were screening 'Hocus Pocus' one of our favourite Halloween themed films, at no additonal charge. We had the whole place to ourselves and were waited on hand and foot by Tom who literally went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was memorable. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the service from Tom was spot on. We will definitely be back again and we can highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting some quality time with their children. Thank you Pottingshed

Arrived at 12.30 and was seated and had drinks reasonably quickly but despite ordering our food shortly after the drinks came, we were still waiting for food at 1.35 . When it arrived my wrap and chips were luke warm at best like they’d been stood around for 10 mins . Quite a disappointment for what should have been a family lunch treat

As the final day before lockdown 2 some food items out of stock but still plenty of choice. Drinks were on offer and staff efficient and followed covid guidelines.

All was as it is usually. Food and service good.

The service was good and two of our meals were good but my lamb kebab was dry and my husbands pie was overdone and dry although he was offered another one

Excellent evening. Good food and very helpful staff. Only marked down a little because it was so noisy we struggled to hear each other. Would definatley go again but would ask for a quieter table!
