Had to wait in excess of 40 mins for food, but it was worth the wait

Waitress was clearly not happy to be at work. Felt like an inconvenience being there. Atmosphere very nosy for the type of place to go and have a bite to eat. We were given no cutlery which would be a given surely if we have food sat in front of us. Not the place i remember and wont be going back in a hurry. Shame!

We had a lovely tea out, great service from an array of staff. Very well organised Covid plan in place to ensure social distancing. Our waitress was very attentive and changed our order when requested without any hesitation or issues. The front of house member of staff Joe was chatty and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a lovely atmosphere.

A great time and Sam who served our drinks all night was amazing! What a credit she is to the Potting Shed in Bingley!

Three of us dined, using the 'Eat out to Help out' offer. Good food and well served to us by Bella. Bella was helpful and friendly giving advice on the choices. Plenty of space despite the popularity of the venue and the offer. Clean and well-organised spacing of tables etc.

We had our drinks order taken straight away, then they didn’t come back for an hour to take our food and drink order, then 1 hour 15 for a pizza and a kebab to arrive which was a little disappointing because when we first arrived it was actually quite quiet and wanted to order before the masses arrived. Otherwise it was great!

Hoi Sin Duck wrap was very tasty, as were the sweet potato fries which were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Very friendly, attentive staff. A fair wait for food and the bill but it was very busy due to the Eat Out to Help Out initiative.

As we were sat inside we had to catch the eye of the staff to get served, so it took quite a while just to get a drink. The food was lovely as usual it was just the service that was a bit slow.

Good food let down by poor service. Large group sat at the side of us made us nervous under the covid restrictions we thought this wasn't allowed.

We waited for over 1 hour for our food which was only pizza, garlic bread and a burger which I thought was strange as it did not seem busy at the time. When we eventually got our food the pizza and garlic bread were tasteless and the fries were cold. Waitress was helpful and on the ball so left her with a tip but would not rush back for food

Was our first time there, the staff were great, the food was delicious, the place is fabulous. We had a perfect anniversary date xxx

Excellent value for money, the place has a decent vibe to it and the service was superb

Lovely meal, we would definitely recommend the Korean Quorn pizza. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Brought the wrong food, kept waiting for a drink they apologised said they’d forgotten. Ordered posh fish finger sandwich , nothing posh about it. Just as well 50% off, won’t be returning even with 50% discount

Waiting was an hour for food which we were told when ordered and it came exactly on time

Very disappointing birthday meal for my sons birthday. Manager uninterested when we complained. Cold food, order wrong, no second drink offered. Only good point was the waitress was friendly, polite and apologetic.

Table service only which was slow...had to wait quite a long time to get a servers attention for both rounds of drinks, hence we left.

Always love it here. Fab staff and lovelyyyy food. Prob be back next week

Can’t complain considering the situation, we sat outside and managed to order from the table. Service was good even though you could tell that they was a shortage of staff

We booked a table for drinks only. It was very pleasant and the service was good. All safety measures had been made and were being adhered to.

Lovely to be back! As always, a lovely pub garden and a great meal, so good to have a real burger for the first time in months! Very impressed with the safety provisions they’ve put in place, tables set further apart and hand sanitiser on entry.
