Brought the wrong food, kept waiting for a drink they apologised said they’d forgotten. Ordered posh fish finger sandwich , nothing posh about it. Just as well 50% off, won’t be returning even with 50% discount

Waiting was an hour for food which we were told when ordered and it came exactly on time

Very disappointing birthday meal for my sons birthday. Manager uninterested when we complained. Cold food, order wrong, no second drink offered. Only good point was the waitress was friendly, polite and apologetic.

Table service only which was slow...had to wait quite a long time to get a servers attention for both rounds of drinks, hence we left.

Always love it here. Fab staff and lovelyyyy food. Prob be back next week

Lovely to be back! As always, a lovely pub garden and a great meal, so good to have a real burger for the first time in months! Very impressed with the safety provisions they’ve put in place, tables set further apart and hand sanitiser on entry.

A little disappointed with the Potting Shed if I'm honest. They appear to no lo get have any gluten free food options and they only have one alcohol free beer. Food was ok, but not great. Not sure I'll be coming back any time soon.

The food was good but the service was a little poor. Even though it was quiet it took ages for our drinks to come and even longer for the condiments. I think the waitress forgot about us, twice.

Disappointed that we were sat upstairs. No atmosphere. Table service slow.

Visited The Potting Shed last night for food and drinks. The food was good however the overall experience was mixed. Staff and service was very good. The only constructive criticism I would give is that they need to decide if its a eating place or a pub as at the moment the two are mixing which creates a noisy place to eat especially mid week. My suggestion would be to segregate the drinkers from the diners. Fortunately they did move the noisy drinkers away from us after we complained

Service was a bit slow but both food and drinks were really nice

Food was lovely although it was served without cutlery. Booking a table was easy online and we were given an option on arrival which was also nice. The member of staff that greeted us and sat us down seemed very polite but i was disappointed when we had to wait 15 mins approx to have our drinks order taken. Service was slower than usual in general. Our overall experience was average.

Food just average.... my root veg salad had no cauliflower as indicated and was just ok.... friends wrap was dry ...Need to up their game a bit !

Warm welcome and friendly service. Slow service at times but I understand they are getting use to a new system. Overall very pleased.

Waited 15mins to get a drink when we arrived but after that service was good

We had a lovely time. The service was great to start but as the place got busier it took longer to get the attention of anyone to order additional drinks. Everyone was very friendly though and when we were able to get someone's attention we were served.

We were there 2 hours and only managed 2 drinks. Service was appalling- told to wait for table service but it was almost nonexistent- left in the end and went to brown cow

Friendly and good social distancing guidelines to follow. Shame about the lack of spirits available, so couldn’t order some cocktails. However, overall an nice evening for two 😊

Negative - £3.90 for half a diet coke/coke.. hmmmm. That really is expensive. - Had to wait over 10mins for 1st drinks order.. had to speak with staff about this, otherwise we would have waited loinger. Positive - Otherwise food was fab. - Atmosphere was good. - Service was great after initial issue.

I understand they are only 2 days in from lockdown and everything re opening! But staff weren’t very clear on what we needed to do, toilets were definitely not checked as poo was smudged on a sanitary box in one of the loos! I went up hour after and it was still there. I understand this is new for everyone and trying to get to grips with the new rules x
