First visit to Northallerton's Potting Shed. Very impressed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Though not wearing masks. Think that begins tomorrow. Food was great value as they are doing the "eat out" deal in September.

It was quite noisy but you would expect that with families, but didn’t spoil our meal

Had a good meal and good cocktails, our starters came at the same time as our main meal for some reason which was the only downside as it meant the main meal started to get cold as we ate are starters first. Other than that very friendly staff and the food tasted good.

I thought the potting sheds were a great idea! The menu would have been absolutely fantastic if there had been some gluten free flat breads on there.

Food was lovely, staff were great, restaurant was clean. Only down side, the service was too slow due to being busy. Had to leave before desserts.

Polite & friendly staff. Dined with friends & we all enjoyed the food. Thumbs up. Will be revisiting.

Was nice they put us into one of the sheds so was very nice but the waitress kept forgetting our order

Good food and service. Everything was smooth and food came out in good time. Only issue was trying to catch a member of staff to pay at the end. However, they were all really busy and eager to help when asked.

It was very slow service, we had to ask for our food order to be taken and as we needed to leave to make an appointment, we did not have time to order starters with our mains and we didn’t end up ordering puddings for the 3 children we had promised it too as we had to eat and leave. The table was booked at 12:30 we arrived 15 mins early to ensure enough time and we still didn’t get our food order taken until after 13:00 after asking a member of staff to take it who replied I don’t take orders from the garden. The food was ok, good for this half price deal currently however if I had had to pay full price and feel as anxious about time with the lack of service I would have been very disappointed

I understand that everyone is adapting to the new normal and it was busy but the wait times were long. Mains and desert and 2 drinks and we were there for over 3 hours. A lot of other diners commenting on the extended wait times

Food was nice but nothing special. Service was quite slow and staff seemed flustered by how busy it was yet not every table was full. Sanitiser was available at the entrance and you were asked to take drinks and food off of trays but I didn't feel particularly safe. Staff and customers were too close to me for my liking. I would use again if happened to require a meal while in the area but wouldn't make a special journey.

Food was nice, kids enjoyed their meals, service was ok could be a bit quicker with drinks whilst you are waiting for your food

Food as usual was lovely and tasty our grandchildren enjoyed their pizza but service could do with being a bit faster to bring your drinks whilst waiting for your food other than that a lovely meal

All the staff were amazing, very friendly and happy in their work and this made us all feel very comfortable. The pub was very different and quirky areas all over giving the whole place a great vibe. We booked one of the sheds and really enjoyed the experience but anywhere in the pub would work well. I was disappointed in the food, for starters I had King Prawns in Tempura batter and they didn’t resemble Tempura batter or in fact King Prawns, they were more like what you would get from Iceland. The lamb kebab was not chunks of lamb but two Koftas placed on a bed of lettuce that was placed on a flatbed. It wasn’t horrible in taste but again didn’t meet my expectations of a lamb kebab sorry guys. I would definitely return but would just go for a burger or a pizza.

Amazing food and people who work there. I’m very happy.

greeted by a nice chap at the front who led us to our tables and made sure we would be served in order. nice waitress who served us. nice food and although busy did not take too long to arrive

The food was great. I booked the restaurant about 3 weeks ago as a treat for my two daughters. I emailed the restaurant the day before and asked if we could have a shed unfortunately we were given what must have been the worst table in the place it was in the doorway and was a table for two with a chair pulled up. I realise I should have requested a shed when I booked but there were some empty during the whole of our visit. The Australian man was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely venue with attentive staff, even on such a busy evening! Tables were nicely separated but still maintained a lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing too!!

This was the first time we had been to any pub/restaurant since lock down. Food was good as always.

Quick lunch with the grandchildren. Polite friendly staff good service. Will be back again the sheds are great fun
