Great food as always, the place was pretty busy but we didn't wait long for drinks or for the food to arrive which was piping hot.

Food was very good and fresh...service was good...had a few rowdy people who was loud on the opposite table,but you expect that...lol

Visited the Red Lion for the first time this evening for a birthday meal for my partner and was more than pleased by the experience, could not fault anything about our visit it was enjoyed by us all and look forward to further visits in the future and will definitely recommend the Red Lion to other family and friends thank you for an enjoyable evening.

First waitress how came to take our order made an unimpressed face when I asked her to give us a few minutes. There was 6 of us, including three teenagers and an 80 year old who has to have a gluten free meal! Second waitress was so much more friendlier and patient. Food was great, mix grill in particular went down well with all of us.

This was my second visit to The Red Lion and I can once again say that the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
