The pub itself is very welcoming and the staff are very friendly. The carvery was average, there wasn't as much choice of vegetables as there is at other carveries . We had deserts and was disappointed the knickerbokerglory was presented in a jar which was difficult to eat, just personal taste I suppose.

We had a lovely meal prior to going to a Pink concert. The staff and the pub were dressed in support of the concert with featured cocktails to get us in the mood. The food was served in a timely manner and was delicious. Great venue and lovely staff; would highly recommend. Thank you

Only downside grandson didn’t want the carvery they other menu wasn’t available

Weny with family members, one being a autistc 4 yr old..We was asked in arrival about his needs.. Nothing was to much trouble, the staff where pleasent and very helpful, The food was good, carvery..would have liked to see lamb and chicken and sprouts lol but otherwise from that I cannot fault it at all
