well located with a large garden full of seating, had the gammon steak egg pineapple and chips. well cooked and options of deserts were reasonable. would go again

what a nice restaurant. the pie mash peas gravy was suprisingly goood, cosy and homeely. good service.

I fancied some cod and chips and remembered that this place had that on their menu. It was very good and so too was the puddle pudding for dessert - it sounded irresistible on the menu

We often come here for the wide choice of menu options. There are several sharer options so we had nachos and pies - beef and mushroom wellington

It was 241 on the large wines so that was a bonus. The food was nice but the portions were on the small side. Very nice pub and garden tho.

Friendly staff and a menue with some excellent and unusual vegetarian and vegan options. We had portobello mushrooms on lentils and vegan meatballs with squash ribbons. Both were delicious and well-represented. Felt like a proper chef had been at work. We'll be back.
